Series production of two- to five-figure quantities per year: We produce cost-efficient series of a few dozen to several tens of thousands of units.
Semi- and fully automated series assembly: In addition to manually guided lines, CEKA uses semi- and fully automated assembly stations to ensure repeatable quality.
Assembly & Installation
Manual serial assembly: For complex assemblies, manual assembly offers maximum flexibility.
Final assembly & final testing: We assemble components into ready-to-sell devices, test each product and hand it over ready for use.

Manual assembly of small series: Small series and prototypes are assembled quickly and precisely in our workshop.
Test bench construction: We develop and build test benches to ensure functional and safety testing of your products.

Battery manufacturing: CEKA produces customer-specific batteries and battery systems; through the integration of electronics development, we can even offer BLDC motor controls and BMS systems.
Finishing & lettering
Pad printing: We use pad printing to print high-quality designs on plastic parts or housings.
Potting & Bonding Technology: Potting and bonding processes protect electronics from environmental influences and ensure permanent connections.
Logistics & Product Support
Packaging & Logistics: Our logistics department takes care of professional packaging and worldwide shipping.
Product support and service: After delivery, our service teams are at your side with spare parts logistics, repairs, maintenance and product care.

CEKAtec AG is a Swiss company based in Wattwil. Since 1979, our team of approximately 60 employees has been working for customers worldwide. We support you from the initial concept through design and series production, and beyond. In addition to our headquarters in Wattwil, we have operated a plant in Jiaxing (China) since 2017. This team complements our services with assembly, quality assurance, and testing. This allows us to produce large quantities economically without compromising on quality.
